摘　　要：目的　研究大肠癌中增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达及其临床意义。方法　应用免疫组化S P法对 5 4例大肠癌组织、相应大肠黏膜及 14例转移淋巴结中PCNA的表达进行检测。结果　大肠癌组织中PCNA强表达阳性率为 37.0 % ,转移淋巴结组织中PCNA强表达阳性率为 78.6 % (P <0 .0 5 )。有淋巴结转移的大肠癌组织中PCNA的强表达阳性率为 5 0 .0 % ,无淋巴结转移的大肠癌中PCNA强表达阳性率为 32 .5 % (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　PCNA的高表达在大肠癌的发生发展和转移过程中起着重要作用。Objective To study the expression of proliferative cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and its clinical signiflcance in colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expression of PCNA was examined by immunohistochemical S-P methods in 54 colorectal carcinoma tissues and 14 lymph nodes with metastases.Results The positive rate of PCNA was 37.0% in colorectal carcinoma,and was 78.6% in lymph nodes with metastases (P<0.05). The positive rate of PCNA was 50.0% in colorectal carcinoma tissues with lymph node metastasis,and was 32.5% in those without metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of PCNA may play a role in the development and matastasis of colorectal carcinoma.
