肺癌患者淋巴细胞染色体和癌组织AgNORs的对比研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨肺癌患者淋巴细胞染色体和癌组织核仁组织嗜银蛋白 (AgNORs)的相关性。方法　应用AgNORs银染技术检测了 98例肺癌患者和 4 0例对照组AgNORs的表达情况。结果　(1)腺癌组、小细胞癌组和鳞癌组淋巴细胞染色体AgNORs数 细胞分别为 9.0 1± 0 .5 1、8.2 6± 0 .4 2和7.74± 0 .38,均显著高于对照组 6 .98± 0 .4 6 (P <0 .0 1)。 (2 )腺癌组、小细胞癌组和鳞癌组肺癌组织中癌细胞AgNORs数 细胞分别为 6 .97± 0 .98、5 .94± 1.0 3和 5 .15± 0 .6 7,均显著高于对照组正常细胞 (P<0 .0 1)。 (3)腺癌组淋巴细胞染色体和癌细胞AgNORs数 细胞显著高于小细胞癌组 ,小细胞癌组显著高于鳞癌组 (P <0 .0 1) ;(4)腺癌组、小细胞癌组和鳞癌组淋巴细胞染色体AgNORs数 细胞与癌细胞均呈正相关 ,相关系数分别为 0 .91、0 .89和 0 .84 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　肺癌患者淋巴细胞染色体和癌细胞AgNORs受共同因素影响 ,与染色体不稳定性指标呈平行关系 ,淋巴细胞染色体AgNORs计数对判断肺癌类型有一定意义。Objective To study the correlation of nucleolar argentophil protein(AgNORs) between lymphocyte chromosomes and lung cancer cells.Methods AgNORs were examined by silver straining technique in 98 cases of lung cancer patients (adenocarcinoma 36;small cell cancer 31;squamous cell carcinoma 31) and 40 cases of the control group.Results (1)AgNORs counts of lymphocyte chromosomes in adenocarcinoma,small cell cancer and squamous cell carcinoma were 9.01±0.51,8.26±0.42 and 7.74±0.38,respectively,significantly higher than that in the control group(6.98±0.46,P<0.01).(2)AgNORs counts of lung cancer cells in the 3 groups of lung cancer were 6.97±0.98,5.94±1.03 and 5.15±0.67, respectively,significantly higher than that of the normal cells(P<0.01).(3)AgNORs counts of lymphocyte chromosomes and lung cancer cells in adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in small cell cancer, and those in small cell cancer were higher than those in squamous cell carcinoma.In the 3 groups of lung cancer,AgNORs counts of lymphocyte chromosomes were positively correlated with those of lung cancer cells and the correlation coefficients were 0.91,0.89 and 0.84,respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion AgNORs counts of lymphocyte chromosomes and lung cancer cells in lung cancer were parallel to chromosome instability.Hence,AgNORs count of lymphocyte chromosomes has important significance for judging histological type of lung cancers.
