海洛因依赖者脱毒前后IL-1和TNF含量变化的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨海洛因依赖者血清中细胞因子含量变化与免疫功能损害及呼吸系统疾病之间的关系。方法:用放射免疫法测定40例海洛因依赖者用阿片递减疗法脱毒治疗前后白细胞介素-1(IL-1)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的含量,并与正常人及戒毒3～4个月后的人员血清中的IL-1和TNF的含量进行比较。结果:海洛因依赖者血清中的IL-1和TNF的含量均显著低于正常对照组(P <0.01);脱毒后血清中的TNF含量低于脱毒前(P <0.05),IL-1降低不明显(P >0.05)。戒毒3-4个月后,血清中的IL-1和TNF的含量仍低于正常对照组(P <0.05)。结论:海洛因使依赖者血清中的IL-1和TNF的含量降低,对依赖者免疫功能造成损害(包括特异性免疫和非特异性免疫),脱毒期间免疫功能进一步降低。戒毒3～4个月后免疫功能仍未恢复正常。海洛因依赖者呼吸系统疾病发病率高与免疫功能造成损害有关。Objective: To investigate the changes of interleukin-1 ( IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) levels in serum of heroin addicts in different time. Methods: IL-1 and TNF levels were determined by radioimmunoassay in 40 heroin addicts and 40 healthy individuals as control. Results: Before and after detoxification the cytokines (IL-1 and TNF) levels in serum of heroin abuse group were significantly lower than that of the control (P < 0.01). After detoxification the TNF level was lower than that before detoxification and IL-1 level was not significantly changed before and after detoxification. Three months after detoxification, the cytokines levels in serum of heroin abuse group were lower than that of the control (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The immune function of heroin addicts is lower than that of healthy individuals. During the course of detoxification the immune function of heroin addicts is seriously lowering. Their immune function could not recover in short time. Respiratory disease is related to the lower immune function.
