摘　　要：目的　评价在玻璃体手术中眼内激光光凝联合全氟化碳气体治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的效果及与冷凝治疗效果的临床比较。方法　回顾性分析 2 0 0 1年 6月至 2 0 0 3年 8月间在玻璃体手术中眼内激光光凝封闭视网膜裂孔联合全氟化碳气体治疗复杂性视网膜脱离 2 5眼和冷凝封闭视网膜裂孔治疗视网膜脱离 2 9眼共 5 4例 (5 4眼 )的临床资料。结果　光凝组 2 2眼裂孔封闭 ,视网膜复位 ,手术复位率 88 0 0 %。冷凝组 2 4眼裂孔封闭 ,视网膜复位 ,手术复位率 82 76 % (χ2 =0 2 92 3,P =0 0 5 )。术后视力提高光凝组 2 1眼 (84 0 0 % ) ,冷凝组 2 2眼 (75 86 % ) (χ2 =0 5 4 81,P >0 0 5 )。结论　经眼内激光光凝能安全、有效地封闭视网膜裂孔 ,能达到与冷凝封闭视网膜裂孔同样的效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of photocoagulation with perfluorocarbon gas for treatment of retinal detachment in vitreous surgery,and to compare the clinical result of photocoagulation and cryopexy in vitreous surgery.Methods Retrospectively the authors reviewed and analyzed clinical results of 25 eyes that were treated with the laser and 29 eyes that were treated with cryotherapy in a period from June 2001 to Auguest 2003.Results In 22(88.00%) of the 25 eyes of photocoagulation,the retina was totally reattached and the postoperation visual acuities improved in 21eyes (84.00%).In 24(82.76%) of the 29 eyes of cryopexy,the retina was totally reattached (χ 2=0.292 3,P=0.588 1,P>0.05) and the postoperation visual acuities improved in 22 eyes (75.86%)(χ 2=0.548 1,P=0.458 3,P>0.05).Conclusion The authors believe that photocoagulation is an effective approach as cryopexy to close retinal break.Perfluorocarbon gas tamponade plays an important role in the treatment of retinal detachment in vitreous surgery.
