46例自然流产绒毛细胞培养及其染色体的分析

摘　　要：目的　对 4 6例早期自然流产绒毛标本染色体进行分析。方法　绒毛细胞培养法及G显带制作染色体分析。结果　 4 0例早期自然流产患者绒毛标本染色体异常共 17例 ,占 4 2 5 % ,单体型 7例 (4 1 2 % )、三倍体 5例 (2 9 4 % )、染色体易位、缺失、嵌合体倒位等共 4例 (2 3 5 % )。Objective To analysis the chromosome karyotypes in spontaneous abortion villus.Methods Use villus cell culture and the chromosome with G-bands by trypsin using Giemsa.Results There are 17 cases chromosome abnormality in 46 cases(42.5%),and abnormal karyotypes included trisome,triploids,etc.Conclusion Chromosome abnormalities are one of the nost important factors and the chromosome study of spontaneous abortion plays a great role in the causes.
