摘　　要：针对羰基合成模试评价装置的生产工艺特征,应用 KingView 组态软件对其全面实现计算机自动控制与信息管理自动化,为研究性生产提供了准确的信息和可靠的控制。较为详尽地论述了系统的硬件组成、控制算法、通信软件以及气液分离器压力控制、反应罐程序升温控制及安全报警的实现。对我国中小型化工企业实现计算机控制具有一定的参考价值。The equipment of carbonyl compound mock examination estimate is controlled automatically and the same time, its information is managed automatically by computer applying KingView configuration software ac- cording to production techniques character of the equip- ment, supplying exact information and credible control for study production.Hardware make-up,restraining al- gorithm,communication software,pressure control of the gas and liquid separator,program temperature control for retort and safety alarm, are discussed, which have refer- ence value for achieving computer automatic control for middle and small scale plants.
