摘　　要：进入21世纪后,全球经济一体化进一步加快,发展经济成为世界各国的经济活动的主题,对于中国这样一个发展中国家来说,加速民营经济发展尤为重要。民营经济在我国经济发展中具有重要的地位和作用,发展民营经济既是推进社会主义政治体制改革的重要条件,也是完善社会主义市场机制,推动国家经济稳定、持续、健康发展的主要经济力量。In the 21st century, with the quickening of the economic globalization, it has been well accepted by all over the world as a theme to develop economy. To a developing country like China, it is even more important to improve private economy, which plays a necessary role in our national economy. To build private economy may not enhance the socialist polictical system reform but also perfect socialist market mechanism, matain the national economic growth in a stable, sustainable and healthy way.
