摘　　要：文中述及了全面化足球理念下我国足球人才培养内容的框架构成,并围绕智力和非智力因素两个方面谈了一些新的认识,最后针对我国足球人才成长外部环境存在的问题,提出了相应的建议和对策。This paper focuses on the framework of the training for the young talented football players in our country under the Integrated Development Theory.It also presents some new ideas about intellectual factor and non-intellectual factor.To the external circumstance problems which the Chinese young players usually meet in their training process,the writer also puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
