摘　　要：目的分离和鉴定桑白皮MorusalbaL .的脂溶性提取物中的化学成分。方法利用各种色谱进行分离纯化 ,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到 9个化合物 ,分别鉴定为liriodendrin(1)、β 谷甾醇(2 )、胡萝卜苷 (3)、3 乙酰基 α 香树脂醇 (4)、3 乙酰基 β 香树脂醇 (5 )、齐墩果酸 (6 )、熊果酸 (7)、3 甲氧基 4 羟基 苯甲酸 (8)、3 甲氧基 4 羟基 苯甲醛 (9)。纠正了文献中化合物 1的13 C NMR归属错误。结论化合物 1为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Aim To study the chemical constituents of the lipidic extract of the Morus alba L.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by means of chromatography and identified by spectral data and physico-chemical characters.Results The compounds obtained were identified as liriodendrin(1),β-sitosterol(2),daucosterol(3),3-acetyl-α-amyranol(4),3-acetyl-β-amyranol(5),oleanolic acid(6),ursolic acid(7),3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-benzoic acid(8),3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-benzaldehyde(9).Conclusion Compound 1 is isolated from Morus alba L.for the first time.
