面向ASP服务的项目及流程管理的研究

摘　　要：ASP是利用集中管理的方式通过网络向客户提供各种应用服务的一种新的服务模式,它通过资源共享、优势互补的机制,促进企业间的协作,既帮助客户企业以低成本快速获得所需的技术及信息服务,又使得服务企业提高其资源利用率,实现共赢,提高企业的竞争力。本文提出了一种ASP服务的系统结构,分析研究了ASP服务的组织结构视图、项目及流程管理等关键技术,并给出了实例分析。在此基础上,开发了面向多种服务的ASP服务平台,初步运行试验表明了其有效性。ASP is a new service pattern in which ASP provides services for clients in a central manag- ing way by Internet. ASP?s mechanism with resource sharing and predominance mutual reinforcing can promote coordination among enterprises, not only help client enterprises get required technologies and information, but also make serving enterprises improve uti- lizing ratio of their resources, thereby upgrade enterprises competing ability. This paper puts forward a kind of ASP system structure, analyses and studies some key technologies such as the view of ASP organization constitution, project management, and workflow man- agement etc. An example is given. The ASP platform for multiform services is developed, and is proved to be effective by trial running.
