白腐真菌处理二硝基重氮酚废水工艺条件的研究

摘　　要：文章以微电解处理后的二硝基重氮酚 (DDNP)工业废水为研究对象 ,研究白腐真菌处理 DDNP废水的工艺条件。根据试验分析结果 ,初步确定了白腐真菌处理 DDNP废水的优化条件 :在液体培养基 1、温度为 35℃、p H值为 4 .5、Mn SO4 和酒石酸铵含量分别为 1mg· L- 1与 0 .2 g· L- 1以及采用驯化白腐真菌和摇床处理的效果好 ,生化反应时间为 10 8h。There are particular discussions on the white rotfungi in treating the diazodinitrophenol (DDNP) production wastewater which have been pretreated by micro-electrolysis.We obtain the optimum condition of the technical parameters of the white rot fungi treating the DDNP production wastewater,in this paper on the basis of experiments and analysis.The conditions is the fluid cultivation 1,temperature 35℃, pH value 4.5, MnSO 4 concentration 1 mg·L -1,(CHOHCOONH 4) 2 concentration 0.2 g·L -1,t HR=108 h,and rotating shaker treating cultivate white rot fungi.
