联合化疗对老年非小细胞肺癌生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的　了解老年晚期非小细胞肺癌新铂类两药化疗期间生活质量变化。方法　采用欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织 (EORTC)生活质量核心问卷 (QLQ -C30 )和肺癌附加问卷 (QLQ -LC1 3) ,分析老年晚期非小细胞肺癌三代新药与铂类两药联合化疗前后生活质量。结果　化疗前后 ,呼吸系统症状明显减轻 ,认知功能、总体QoL、情绪功能、社会功能等改善 ,乏力和躯体功能恶化。其余变化不大。结论　新铂类两药化疗对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌可行、有效。Objective To investigate effect of new platinum-based chemotherapy on quality of life (QoL) in elderly patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (age≥65). Methods Eighty-six patients were enrolled . The EORTC quality of life questionnaire (QLQ)-C30 and QLQ-LC13 were used to measure changes in QoL before and after the chemotherapy. Results In the majority ,the mean scores for respiratory symptoms decreased significantly over time. General symptoms did not change significantly except that fatigue increased significantly during chemotherapy. Functioning scales such as cognitive, emotional and social functioning, and global QoL improved significantly. A deterioration in physical functioning was noted. A significant association was found between tumor response and palliation of cough, chest pain, dyspnea, and social functioning as well as global QoL. Conclusion New platinum-based chemotherapy offers palliation of respiratory symptoms and improve QoL in elderly patients with advanced NSCLC.
