摘 要:以有机胺、环氧氯丙烷、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸、铁盐和铝盐为原料,研制出一种既含有酰胺基团和阳离子季胺盐基团,又含有阴离子羧酸基团的高效有机无机复合型絮凝剂F-1.研究了F-1的絮凝性能,结果表明,F-1是一种优良的制药废水处理剂,在絮凝剂的用量为300mg·L-1进行某制药废水处理时废液中的CODCr、SS、色度的去除率分别为69.7%,96.4%,87.5%.其性能明显优于聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁、硫酸铝、硫酸亚铁等絮凝剂.A novel organic and inorganic compound flocculant (denoted as F-1) containing amino group, cationic quaternary ammonium group and anionic carboxylic group was prepared with organic amines, epichlorohydrin, polyacrylamide, polyacrylic acid, ferric salt and aluminum salt etc. And, the performance of this novel floccutant was comprehensively studied by treating the pharmaceutical effluent. The comparison tests were also conducted. It can be concluded that the removal rates of (COD_(Cr)), SS and colourity, reach 69.7%, 96.4%, 87.5% respectively under the optimum flocculation conditions. Furthermore, the flocculation performance of F-1 prevails over such flocculants as ployacrylamide (PAM), polyaluminum chloride, polyferric sulfate, aluminum sulfate and ferrous sulfate etc. Consequently, F-1 will have a prospective application in the treatment of pharmaceutical effluent.
