摘 要:氨噻肟酸是抗生素生产的重要中间体。叙述并分析了几种国内传统的生产工艺和一种改进的生产工艺,指出了传统生产工艺的缺点和不足。改进的工艺以乙酰乙酸乙酯为起始原料,采用连续投料的方式,一个单元操作内完成溴化、肟化、环化和水解等反应合成氨噻肟酸,总收率达70%。新工艺删去了有机碱和大量有机溶剂的使用,大大简化了反应操作,缩短了反应周期,提高了产品收率,降低了合成费用,具有很好的工业价值。Aminothiazoly loximate is an important intermediate in synthesis of cephalosporin antibiotics. This paper reports the preparation of aminothiazoly loximate and the proven analysis technological process. At the same time the paperalalyzes the defect of traditional technology. The new synthetic technology of aminothiazoly loximate fromethyl acetoacetace was reported. The process was carried out in 'a pot' where the following steps occurred sequently: bromination, oximation, cyclocoudensation and hydrolysis. Its total yield was 70%, the new process not only simplified the operation and shortened the total reaction time, but also reduced the initial cost, thus it will be protenial in industrial application.
