摘  要:利用不同浓度的CACl2溶液对培养的家蚕细胞(BmN)进行诱导,结果表明,随CACl2浓度的改变,其细胞形态发生了相应的变 化,死亡率与浓度具有一定量效关系;对4龄起家蚕(菁松,原种)添食不同浓度的CACl2、Pb(NO3)2,结果显示,Ca2+、Pb2+具抑制其生长,影响其 茧质的不良影响,耐重金属能力差于皓月原种。Cell destruction were studied with RmN cells induced of different CdC12 concentrations in this paper. The results demonstrated that changes took place in shape of cell and there was certain relationship between the ratio of cell death and concentrations of CdCl2. The effects of heavy metals on growth and cocoon quality wrer studied in silkworm (Qing-song) under the different cadmium and lead concentration. The result showed that cadmium and lead had a decreasing effect on weight of all cocoon and cocoon shell and cocoon shell rate in the silkworm. Its tolerance to heavy metals is inferior to sikowrm(Hao-yue) .
