摘 要:一切管理都是文化的产儿。文化自觉既是管理理论、管理模式的思想基础,也是推动管理发展的力量。西方管理思想对中国传统文化的吸纳以及中国管理思想对自身文化基础的反省,反映出中西方管理思维由差异慢慢走向互补的变化趋势。文化作为管理的思想前提要有较大的开放度和较强的宽容性,实现当今管理的现代化必须要走出中西方古今文化之争,容纳中西古今文化之学。all managements are the offspring of culture. Cultural consciousness is not only the base and guide of management theory and modes, but also the force and link to promote the development of management. The absorption of Chinese traditional culture in the management ideas of western countries and the reflection of Chinese management ideas on their own cultural basis indicate a tendency in the development of Chinese and occidental management thinking: they are approaching a reciprocal base from the differences at the outset. The ideological prerequisites of the culture serving as management are that it should be considerably open and tolerable; to realize the modernization of managements there should be no repulsion but absorption between Chinese and occidental cultures.
