摘　　要：阐述在利福霉素发酵过程中 ,利用串级调节的方式对发酵温度进行控制 ,使发酵罐温度更有效地保持在抗生素合成的最适范围 ,从而提高了利福霉素的发酵单位、大大增加了抗生素的产量。During the progress of rifamycin fermentation, the way of series adjustment was adapted to control the temperature of fermentation to make fermentation-jar's temperature keep the most suited limits more effective. So that the unit of fermentation of rifamycin improved and the output of rifamycin was also highly increased.
