摘 要:目的:观察天然多孔骨无机材料修复颌骨囊肿术后缺损的临床效果及适用范围。方法:对33例颌骨囊肿 术后缺损(体积≤4.2cm3)的病例随机分成二组,分别用天然多孔骨无机材料充填和血块充填植入颌骨缺损区。术 后随访1个月、3个月、6个月分别X线片动态比较其密度变化。结果:天然骨无机材料充填组1个月后骨密度增 高,3个月后趋近正常骨密度,颌骨缺损区修复速度明显比血块充填组快。结论:天然多孔骨无机材料在骨缺损区 植入时有引导骨再生的作用,对缺损区促进早期形成有功能性的、成熟的骨组织作用,是一种较为理想的修复骨缺 损的材料,适用范围一般为缺损区体积≤4.2cm3。Objective: To observe the clinical results and indication of a bovine-derived porous xenograft (Bio-oss) for the treatment of jawbone defects suffered from cysts. Methods: There were 33 cases with surgical defects o jaw suffered from cysts (the value of cyst ≤4. 2cm ) , dividing them into two groups (test groups and control group) , the one repaired with a bovine-derived porous xenograft (Bio-oss) , the other treated by traditional surgical ways. Observing density of them in postoperation, both were done by radiograph, and all there were repeated one month, three months and six months later respectived. Results: The bone density of the group transplanted Bio-oss appeared to act as a true osteoconductive matrix; new bone of Bio-oss group was often initially observed forming on the X-ray image. Conclusion: These findings demonstrated that a bovine-derived porous xenograft is benefited in repairing the jawbone defect. The indication of repairing the jawbone defect of region is limited (the value of defect≤4.2cm3).
