摘  要:以"酵素菌"肥为主线,考察该微生物肥料在东天山北坡寒区环境下的适应性,辅以承担单位新疆农科院核生所、植保所比较成熟的技术开发成果拌种剂、种衣剂等作种子处理副试验,最终组装配套形成该区春小麦施用酵素菌肥的综合新技术体系。2000年在巴里坤县试验面积0.147hm2,试验区较对照平均提高产量11%,减轻小麦叶锈病、黑胚病的为害,并提高小麦品质,试验示范区小麦基本达到优质小麦的指标。By application of Jiaosujun, a kind of microbial fertilizer, the new integrated techniques of spring wheat at frigid zone of mountainous area were established in Barkol county Xinjiang, combining with the application of seed coating pesticide. In 2000, the area of the test yield was 0.147hm^2. The results were showed that the average yield of wheat in test zone was 11% higher than one of the treatment, damage rate of wheat leaf rust and wheat black embryo was decreased obviously, and quality of wheat was improved and it got the level of high quality at test zone.
