摘 要:传统意义上的资源约束下的时间与费用权衡问题,主要讨论的是单资源、单目标的情况,针对目前这一现状,从资源的合理配置和优化控制的趋势出发,根据系统工程的理论对多资源约束进行了归一化处理,使不同的资源具有了一定的可比性.并给予了优先权系数的确定方法,使得传统的定性化理论得以转化为定量的计算过程.并通过对模型的实证分析,探索在各种资源约束下经济发展最优化的有效途径,证明此种方法是有效的,为制定经济发展规划、项目各种资源的最佳配置等方面提供一定的参考.Traditional models are studied in one Resource-Constrained and one Target situation.In the sight of rational allocation for the resources and trend of optimization control, method a is pvovided that a multi-resource leveling problem can be changed into a one-resource leveling problem,in accordance with the theory of systematic engineering.And certain compared function can be produced among different resources.Because the means of the determining priority coefficient is provided in the method,the qualitative analysis in traditional theory turns to be a calculation process of quantitative analysis.It is proved by examples that this method is efficient in exploiting optimization of economy development in multiple Resource-constrained situations.Some references are pvouided for the program in economy development and different resource optimization for projects.
