摘  要:微生物培养器是惯性比较小的一个随动系统,在实际工作中呈较严重的非线性,用简单的PID控制难以满足控制要求.为此采用了模型参考自适应控制与PID控制组成的复合控制系统来解决这个问题,系统仿真结果表明:采用该控制方案,基本克服了非线性的影响,系统的稳定性及控制精度都有较大提高.Has discussed the application of model-reference self-adaptation in temperature control in electro-thermo microorganism culture set.Microorganism culture set is a set point system,whose inertia is small,and control precision should be very high is Great non-liner appers in practice.Thexe Fore,it is very difficult to meet the control requirements by simple PID.Self-adapti control takes great advantage in set point system that inside factors of controlled set are not clear,inertia of the system is small and performance is non-liner.This paper applies the model-reference self-adaptation,that comes over the non-linear lity of the controlled set.It is concluded through simulation that the model-reference self-adaptation control can remove the non-liner performance of the system,and increase the control precision greatly.
