摘 要:阐述了稳健设计理论的研究现状,对稳健设计研究的热点问题进行了分析,指出了稳健设计理论研究中存在的主要问题,提出了模糊稳健设计的概念。传统稳健设计方法的数学基础是数理统计与概率论,仅考虑随机性干扰因素,因而不能满足工程设计需要。模糊稳健设计是综合考虑产品设计、制造、使用过程中客观存在的各种随机因素与模糊因素,研究这些因素引起产品质量不确定性的规律,从而使产品设计达到优质低价的现代设计方法。讨论了模糊稳健设计的研究内容,对当前的研究进展进行了评述,并指出了稳健设计的发展趋势。s: The current status of research on robust design was expounded and an analysis was carried out on issues of hot spots of the research of robust design. The main problems existed in the theoretical study of robust design have been pointed out and the concept of fuzzy robust design has been presented. The mathematical foundation of traditional method of robust design is mathematical statistics and theory of probability, and it gives consideration only to stochastic disturbing factors, thus it could not satisfy the requirements of engineering design. Fuzzy robust design is a kind of design, which made a comprehensive consideration on various random disturbing factors and fuzzy factors that existed objectively in the course of product design, manufacturing and application, and it studied the law of the uncertainty on product quality caused by these factors, thus makes the product design reached to a modern designing method of good quality with lower prices. The contents of research of fuzzy robust design were discussed, a survey on the current researching evolution has been carried out, and the developing trend of robust design was pointed out.
