摘　　要：介绍了一种用于自动切破幼小棉苗上方地膜的设备,测量单元采用机器视觉技术快速准确地检测、识别和定位棉田地膜下面的幼小棉苗,并将棉苗的位置信息、设备行进的速度变化信息、设备行进的状态信息传递给控制单元,控制单元经过模糊推理控制切破机构准确切破棉苗上方地膜让棉苗破膜而出。This paper introduces an equipment which can cut field plastic film mulching on little cotton automatically. Firstly, measurement unit detects, identi- fies and orientates cotton under field plastic film based on machine vision. Then information, which includes the position of cotton, velocity variance of equip- ment advancement, and the state of equipment advancement, is transferred to control unit. Finally, control unit let the cutter cut out field plastic film accurately based on fuzzy control.
