摘　　要：体育自主课教学的成功经验表明评分与评价是关键,准确、科学的评分和评价是促进高师体育自主课教学改革深化的保证。this Paper has argued that the precise scoring and scientific evaluation are the key elements to guarantee the smooth carrying out of the physical teaching reform on student-self-control courses of physical education.
