益脑冲剂对实验性脑缺血损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：大脑中动脉凝闭所致局灶性脑缺血大鼠出现明显的神经症状、脑组织损伤、脑超微结构明显改变，缺血区脑组织水含量及Ｎａ＋含量明显增加。益脑冲剂对上述指标有明显改善效果。i Nao Chong Ji (YNCJ) is an experimental prescription used for stroke and vascular dementia. In this peper,the authors investigated the effect of YNCJ on experimental cerebral ischemic damage model. Cerebral ischemia wereproduced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). The result indicated that YNCJ could impove the abnormal behavior, prevent the neuron damage from severe ischemic, inhibit Na+ and water increase in the brain of MCAO rats.
