珍珠七十丸对微循环的影响

摘　　要：大鼠灌服珍珠七十丸50mg/kg 及200mg/kg,软脑膜微动脉管径与毛细血管开放条数均明显增加,肠系膜微循环血液流态明显改善。仅大剂量在轻度增加颈总动脉血流量时,明显降低平均动脉压,并伴有心率蹬加快。结果提示珍珠七十丸可明显改善大鼠脑微循环,且对脑血管扩张作用具相对选择性。Zhenzhu Qishi Wan 50 and 200mg/kg(ig)can obviously improve the brain microcirculation in anes- thetized rats,which expressed that the caliber of micro-arteria and the number of the opened micrangiu in cerebral pia mater were all increased,and the blood flow form of mesenterie microcirculation is also improved. while the flow of the common carotid artery in 50 and 200mg/kg is increased,only in 200mg/kg the MBP is obviously decreased and HR is increased.The results suggest that Zhenzhu Qishi Wan can improve microcir- culation of rat and its vasodilation of brain also has relatively selective action.
