摘　　要：榄香烯10～100μg/ml 在试管内能促进 IL-2产生,榄香烯腹腔或瘤内注射均能显著抑制 Hca-F_(25)/CL-16A_3实体瘤的生长,并明显促进小鼠脾细胞白细胞介素-2的产生,提示榄香烯可促进 IL-2产生增加,从而增强机体的免疫功能,进而抑制肿瘤的生长。This experimental study on effect of elemene on IL-2 creation by spleen cell in mice.The results showed elemene could make IL-2 increasing in tube,the effect was related to concentration of elemene,more than 10μg/ml had significantly effect.The tumor weight of elemene-treated groups(being injected in abdomen and being injected in trmor)were lighter than that of control groups.The concentration of IL-2 were significantly increased than that of control groups.These results suggest that elemene can increase the concentration of IL-2 and the function of immune,and as a result the growth of tumor is inhibited.
