低氧放疗对荷瘤小鼠肝脏丙二醛含量的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究低氧放疗对荷瘤小鼠肝脏丙二醛 (Malondialhehyde ,MDA)含量的影响。方法　用TBA法检测荷小鼠肉瘤S180 的BALB c纯系小鼠在放射期间呼吸 10 .5%O2 混合气经照射后肝脏MDA含量变化。结果 :不同治疗方法处理动物后第 7天、14天低氧放射组的肝脏MDA含量明显低于单纯放射组与单纯低氧组。经SPSS软件包作统计学处理 ,P <0 .0 5有差异。结论 :低氧放疗可以降低荷瘤宿主肝脏MDA含量 ,可能对肝脏具有放射防护作用。Objective To study the contents of MDA in host livers of sarcoma 180 -bearing mice after hypoxyradiotherapy. Methods The contents changes of MDA were studied in BALB/c sarcoma 180 -bearing mice by TBA method after breathing 10.5% oxygen during radiotherapy. The data were analyzed using SPSS software package. Results The contents of MDA were significantly lower in host livers in hypoxyradiotherapy group than those in the control group on the 7th and 14th day after radiotherapy. (P<0.05). Conclusion Hypoxyradiotherapy can decrease MDA contents in host livers and preserve normal tissues.
