摘 要:采用经过筛选的具有丰富多态性的12条RAPD引物对西双版纳小型猪近交系JS亚系的111、151、133三个家系第14代个体进行了RAPD检测,共扩增出137个重复性高、清晰的RAPD标记,单个引物获得的标记数在5—17之间。RAPD结果分析表明:①西双版纳近交JS亚系猪的133、111、151三个家系内的相似性系数分别为0.9080、0.9478、0.9790;②JS亚系小型猪的111家系与151家系、133家系与151家系、133家系与111家系间的相似性系数分别为0.9332、O.9090、O.9161。提示西双版纳小型猪近交系JS亚系的三个家系遗传变异较小,虽然分化的三个家系基因尚未完全纯合,但151家系已有较高近交程度。We examined the fourteenth generation individuals of three lineages 111, 151 and 133 of Xishuangbanna miniature pig inbred JS substrain using screened 12 polymorphic RAPD primers.137 highly repeated and clear RAPD markers were amplified.And mark numbers of individual primer were from 5 to 17. The result of RAPD analysis indicated that:① The similarity indexes in lineages 133,111 and 151 of Xishuangbanna inbred JS substrain were 0.9080,0.9478 and 0.9790 respectively. ②The similarity indexes between lineage 111 and 151, lineage 133 and 151, lineage 133 and 111 were 0.9332,0.9090 and 0.9161 respectively, which suggested that genetic variation of three lineages of Xishuangbanna miniature pig inbred JS substrain was lower.Linegae 151 had higher inbred coefficient although genes of three lineages had not been completely homozygoted yet.
