摘　　要：该实验为选择一种操作简便、安全、实用，又易于教学的无菌溶液倒取法，对目前不同护理教材的几种方法和自定方法进行实验分析，认为自定方法省时、省力、科学合理，并可以达到规范实验教学，实现教学与临床实践高度统一的目的。The purpose of the experiment was not only to choose a method which was easy to operate, safe and practical, but also convenient to teaching in getting bacterial-free liquor. After the experiment analasis the methods in several different nursing textbooks and the self-made method, it was found that the self-made method was time-saving, labor-saving,scientific and reasonable. The standardized experimental teaching method could be achieved. The highly unified purpose of the teaching and clinical practice could be achieved.
