摘　　要：血管性帕金森综合征 (VP)在临床上是否存在 ,以往一直有争论。随着影像技术的不断发展 ,结合VP患者的临床和尸检病理结果 ,人们对其认识有了新的提高 ,从而肯定了VP的存在。我们对VP的病理、影像与临床特征进行综述。It was debated in the past whether or not vascular parkinsonism(VP) is present.It has been inferred that multiple vascular lesions of the basal ganglia must have an etiological connection to the symptoms of VP,but without neuropathological confirmation.Along with uninterrupted development of imaging technology and results of clinicopathological study in VP patients,knowledge about it has been improved.Recent work has again suggested that parkinsonism can be vascular orgin.Existence of vascular Parkinsonism was affirmed by neurological finding.VP differ from parkinson's disease in their neuropathology,symptomatology and imaging changes.In this article,the pathological,imaging and clinical manifestations of VP are reviewed.
