皮肤软组织偶发分枝杆菌感染的临床病理特点

摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤软组织偶发分枝杆菌(MF)感染的临床病理特点。方法对34例局部注射后发生皮肤软组织 MF 感染病例活检标本进行详细的病理学检查及临床特点分析。结果皮肤软组织MF感染的组织学表现可分为三种主要形式,与临床病程相对应。显微镜下至少有七种以上的表现。结论皮肤软组织MF感染最常表现为皮下脓肿或硬结形成,组织学上有其独特的表现形式。Objective:To observe the clinical and pathologic characteristics of Mycobacterium fortuitum(MF)infeetion of skinand soft tissues.Method:The features of clinical and pathology were described of 39 biopsies from 34 patients of MF infection of skin andsoft tissues secondary to the application of located injection.Result:The lesions had three main pathologic patterms and more than sevenkinds of the microscope manifestations,which were in accordance with clinical courses.Conclusion:The most physical signs were subcuta-neous abscess and scleroma andhave specific manifestations in pathology of MF infection of skin and soft tissues.
