诺维本治疗非小细胞肺癌的静脉毒性反应护理特点分析

摘　　要：应用诺维本治疗非小细胞肺癌 32例 ,无一例出现严重的静脉毒性反应。护理特点包括 :用药前心理护理 ;静脉及穿刺针头型号的选择 ;药物静脉注射的速度及注射后以大量生理盐水进行静脉腔冲洗。由于采取了有效的护理措施 ,从而保证了临床疗效。Navebine(NVB) is a new semi-synthetic cytotoxic drug.Distinctive anticancer activity was observed in the treatment of 32 patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).With no severe vasculotoxic side-effects.This is owing to psychological nursing,suitable selection of vessel and site of needle puncture and control of the speed of intravenous injection.Infusion into vascular canal with great quantity of normal saline after injection is also essential for preventing local response.
