论孙中山先生《实业计划》中的西部开发思想

摘　　要：孙中山先生把西部开发放在其《实业计划》的首要地位 ,认识到西部开发的层次性 ,艰巨性 ,长期性。他分析了中国当时开发西部的国际国内形势 ;借鉴了美国和俄罗斯等国家开发西部的经验 ;提出要有序地构筑西部交通系统 ,使东西贯通 ,形成全国统一的大市场 ;并要求根据西部各地的优势 ,发展自己的特色产业 ;还主张大胆采用外国资金技术进行西部建设 。In his book Plans for Industry ,Mr. Sun Zhongsan placed the western development on the primary position.Realizing the gradual, arduous and long-time nature of the western development ,analyzed its domestic and international situation at that time and useing the experience of American and Russian for reference,he put forward the idea of constructing transportation system to join up the East and the West to form a national unified market.He demanded to develop specialized industries according to their advantages and advocated to make use of the foreign capital and technology boldly for the construction of the west and to apply science and technology to the development of the west.
