春季结膜炎患者血清中的IL-1β及IL-8

摘　　要：目的了解白细胞介素－１β（ ＩＬ－１β）和白细胞介素－８（ ＩＬ－８）在春季结膜炎患者发病中的意义。方法利用放射免疫分析方法检测正常人和静止期及活动期春季结膜炎患者各１３例外周血清中两种细胞因子浓度。结果ＩＬ－１β在静止期和活动期时的浓度分别为（０．１３４ ６ ±０．０２２９）ｎｇ／ｍｌ，（０．２１３１±０．０３６０）ｎｇ／ｍｌ，ＩＬ－８在静止期和活动期时的浓度分别为（ ０． ２３０ ４ ± ０． ０１４ ５） ｎｇ／ｍｌ，（０． ３２３ ８ ± ０． ０３６ ９） ｎｇ／ｍｌ，均明显高于正常人的（０． ０７５ ０ ± ０． ０１０ ８） ｎｇ／ｍｌ，（ ０． １６７ ２±０．０２３１）ｎｇ／ｍｌ，且３者之间的差异均有极显著的意义（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论ＩＬ－１β和１Ｌ－８可能参与了春季结膜炎的发病，其在该病评价和治疗中的作用值得进一步研究。Objective To investigate the role of interleukin - 1 beta(IL-l β) and interleukin-8 (IL-8 ) in the pathogenesis of vernal keratoconjunctivitis. Methods The levels of two cytokines of peripheral blood serum were determined with radioimmunoassay in 13 volunteers, 13 patients with quiet vernal keratoconjunctivitis and 13 patients with active vernal keratoconjunctivitis. Results IL-1β serum levels in active and quiet vernal keratoconjunctivitis were (0. 134 6 ± 0. 022 9 ) ng/ml, (0. 213 1 ± 0. 036 0 ) ng/ml, IL-8 serum levels in active and quiet vernal keratoconjunctivitis were (0. 230 4 ± 0. 014 5 ) ng/ml, (0. 323 8 ± 0. 036 9 ) ng/ml, which were higher than (0. 075 0 ± 0. 010 8 ) ng/ml, (0. 167 2 ± 0. 023 1 ) ng/ml of normal controls,and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P < 0. 001 ). Conclusion IL-lβ and IL-8 might play a significant role in the pathogenesis of vernal k eratoconjunctivitis, and their possible roles in esitmating and ire ating the diesease are worthy of further investigation.
