摘  要:本文应用统计分析方法对毛白杨、北京杨、加拿大杨、P-15A杨、箭杆杨、青杨树皮中酚类与溃疡病的关系进行了初步研究。相关分析的结果表明,杨树溃疡病菌分生孢子的萌发率和菌落生长率与总酚、其它酚类(水解单宁类、酚苷等)、咖啡酸、水杨苷成显著负相关、与缩合单宁类、水杨酸成显著正相关。主成份分析的结果表明,不同派杨树品种之间、同一派不同杨树品种之间树皮中总酚、其它酚类、缩合单宁类含量及对溃疡病抗性的差异十分明显。同时,建立两组主成份方程,为抗病品种的早期选育,提供了一种科学而实用的方法。A Preliminary study on the relation of the phenolics in the bark of Populus tomentosa Carr. , p. 'Pekinensis' Hsu, p. canadensis Moench, p. x euramericand cv. 'p-15A',p. usbekistanicd Kom. cv. 'Afghanica' and p. ca-thayana Rehd. to Dothiorella gregaria Sacc. was carried out by using statistical analysis. The results of correlation analysis show that the percentage of con'idia germination of D. gregaria Sacc. and the percentage of colony growth are significant negative correlation with total phenolics, other phenolics (hydrolysable tannins, phenolic glycoside etc. ) , caffeic acid and salicin, and significant positive correlation with condensed tanninso salicylic acid. The results of principal component analysis show that there are significant differences in the contents of total phenolics, other phen-olics and condensed tannins and the resistance to D. gregctria Sacc. among poplar species of diffenent sections as well as same section, Furthermore, two groups of equations were established, providing the scientific and practical method for selecting poplar varieties with strong resistance to D. gr eg aria Sacc. in the early stage.
