合同护士心态的调查分析与对策

摘　　要：为了适应现代护理的需要，充分发挥合同护士的潜在能力及调动其积极性，对本院80名合同护土进行了问卷调查，内容包括工作、学习、生活心态及对所在科室，护理部的意见及建议5部分，共50个问题，按各个问题内容分为积极与消极两种心态，结果显示持积极心态的人数占优势，与消极心态相比存在着显著差异。表明多数合同护士是积极上进的，有较高的自身素质。只要各级领导加以重视，量才采用，调动她们积极性，充分发挥个人才干，不断提高她们的自身素质，将有利于护理质量的提高。In order to meet the need of m0dern nursing,develop the potential ability 0f contractednurses to the ful1 and bring their positive factors int0 play,we made an investigation of mental statein 8O c0ntracted nurses in our hospital by means of questionnaires concerning their work,study,life,and their opinions and suggestions on their respective departments and nursing department. Therewere 50 questions in all and the replies were evaluated according to the active and passive attitude.The result showed that m0st of the contracted nurses held an active attitude towards the questionsasked. This proves that 0ur contracted nurses are vigorous and possess better self-quality. If theleaders at different levels pay attention to them,arrange them in right posts in accordance with theiraptitude,and bring their positive factors into play, the nursing quality of our hospital will be greatlyimproved.
