立枯丝核菌菌丝融合群培养性状的比较

摘　　要：本文采用立枯丝核菌菌丝融合群的标准菌株和中国西南地区融合群的部分菌株,在25℃,PDA和查氏培养基上培养,比较了各融合群的菌丝生长速度和培养性状,试验结果表明:除AG—4与AG—5,以及AG—8,AG—9和AG—BI外,菌丝融合群互相间的菌丝生长速度差异显著;菌丝融合群内分离菌的培养性状是比较一致的,而融合群间分离菌的培养性状差异较明显。In this paper the hyphe growth rates and cultural characteristics of testers and isolates of different hyphe anastonosis groups of Rhizoctonia solani in souther west of Chin were compaired, growing on PDA and Czapek media at 25℃. The results showed that obvious differences of hyphe growth rates existed, except those between AG—4 and AG—5, and among AG—8, AG—9, AG—BI. The cultural characteristics of isolates within groups were identical while between groups that were different.
