应用显微外科技术治疗肘管综合征22例分析

摘　　要：目的应用显微外科技术行尺神经松解治疗肘管综合征的疗效分析。方法镜下神经松解解除神经内外瘢痕对神经的压迫,并保护神经束间交通支及营养血管,恢复神经传导功能。结果本组22例,优14例,良6例,差2例。优良率90.9%。结论应用显微外科技术无损伤操作使尺神经松解彻底而适度,疗效确切,是治疗肘管综合征的行之有效的方法。objective The effect of Cubital Tunnel Syndrome Treated with microsurgery by neurolysis the ulnar nerve. Methods To relieve the oppress of scar of the nerve under the lense, recovering the conductive functian of the nerve, protecting the branch and the vessels. Results In 22 case, the excellent and good is 14 cases, the fair is 6 cases, the poor is 2 cases. The rate of good is 90.9% . Conclusion Treating Cubital Tunnel Syndrome with microsurgery by neurolysis ulnar nerve with none-injury operation is a good method.
