药泵在中晚期肿瘤治疗方面的应用(附23例报告)

摘　　要：目的:为了对中、晚期肿瘤患者提供有效的治疗方法,延长生命,改善生活质量。方法:自1994～1996年,我科对因肿瘤浸润至大血管、肝门等重要组织、脏器而无法手术切除,且无远处广泛转移的23例肝胆、胃、胰腺等部位患癌肿的患者,在剖腹探查手术术中,行肿瘤供血动脉插管,安置药泵。术后多次经药泵注射抗肿瘤药物,实施局部化疗。结果:治疗后按世界卫生组织(WHO)关于肿瘤大小变化的疗效判定标准进行随访,结果发现有效率达:87％(CR+PR+NC),平均生存期>13个月,治疗前的主要症状得到明显改善。结论:手术中置药泵局部化疗这一方法,是一项疗效好、容易开展且可推广应用的治疗手段。Purpose: Providing effective therapeutic method for tumor patients of advanced-stage with metastasis in order toelongate patient's life and to improve the quality of life, Methods:From 1994 to 1996, the intubation of the arteries of tumors and implantation of drug delivery system have been accomplished during explorary laparotomies on 23 palients of turnors of liver,gall-bladder, stomach and pancreas etc, with improtant tissuse and organs,such as major blood vessels and hepatic portals being in-filtrated, but without wide metastasis. After the operation,local chemotherapy was carried out by injection of chemotherapeutic a-gents through drug delivery system. Results:Patients received the therapy were followed up according to the WHO's criteri for es-timation of therapeutic effects by observing the change of the tumor-size. The results were as the followings:the effective rate amounts to 87 percent (CR+PR+NC) ,the average survival period exceeds 13 months,the major symptoms obviously ameliorat-ed. Conclusion:That the therapeutic method of impantation of drug delivery system during the operation is eutherapeutic,easy to develop and suitable for wide application.
