摘 要:目的:研究DNA含量与胃癌细胞生长速度之关系。方法:Feulgen染色,用显微分光光度计,对胃癌各层细胞核内DNA分别进行定量检测。其中早期胃癌12例,未伴淋巴结转移9例,检测粘膜层癌细胞DNA,伴有淋巴结转移者3例,检测粘膜及淋巴结内癌细胞DNA;进展期癌11例,伴有淋巴结转移者4例,分别检测粘膜、肌层及淋巴结转移癌细胞DNA,不伴淋巴结转移7例,检测粘膜层,肌层癌细胞DNA。结果:早期胃癌细胞DNA含量明显低于进展期胃癌,统计学上有差异(P<0.01),DNA含量与有无转移无显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:DNA含量与胃癌生长速度密切相关。Purpose:To investigate the relationship between the volume of DNA and growth speed(GS) in gastric carcinoma. (GC)MethodS:Surgical resected GC specimen was used to study,each case has two sections,one for H. E. and another as Feulgen stain for DNA and counted under the German MPV Ⅱ type microspectrophotometer. There were twelve cases of early gastric car-cinoma (EGC) in which 9 cases no metastasis and counted the DNA of tumor cells in mucosa layer,in another 3 case counted the DNA in mucosa and lymph nodes. In all cases of advanced gastric carcinoma (AGC) 4 had metastasis in lymph nodes. We counted the tumor cell DNA in mucosa,muscularis and lymph node,in another 7 cases counted the DNA in mucosa and muscular layers. Results: The DNA in EGC lower than AGC,there was significant difference stastatically (P<0. 01). There was no statistically difference in the volume of tumor cell DNA and the metastasis of GC(P<0. 05). Conclusion:There was a close relationship be-tween the volume of tumor cell DNA and GS of GC.
