阴茎癌组织P53、P21CIP1/WAF1蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原表达及其相互关系

摘　　要：目的:为了探讨细胞周期调控与阴茎癌的关系;方法:应用免疫组化技术对46例阴茎癌中P53、P21CIP1/WAF1蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)进行检测。结果:P53蛋白阳性11例(23.9％),对照组无1例阳性。P21CIP1/WAF1蛋白阳性26例(56.5％),对照组均阳性(P<0.01)。PCNA 5例为“—”,19例为“+”,16例为“++”,6例为“+++”。P53蛋白与P21CIP1/WAF1蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.01),与PCNA指数呈正相关(P<0.05);P21CIP1/WAF1蛋白表达与PCNA指数呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:上述结果提示,阴茎癌的发生与细胞周期调控有关。Purpose:To research the relationship between cell cycle control and expression of P 53 protein P 21CIP1/WAF1 protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in tissure sections of penile carinoma. Methods: A total of 46 samples of pe-nile carcinoma were studied with immunohistochemical method.Results: P 53 protein expression were positive in 11 cases (23. 9%) of penile carcinoma with no positive expression in controls. 26 cases (56. 5%) shew P 21CIP1/WAF1 protein postiive expression in cases of penile carcinoma with all cases positive expression in the controls(P<0. 01). 5 caese showed neganve, 19 cases '+',16 cases ' + + ',and cases '+ + + ' expression of PCNA index in penile carcinoma. P 53 protein expression was in-eversely correlated with P 21CTP1/WAF1 protein (P<0. 01) and was well1 correlated with PCNA index (P<0. 05). P 21CTP1/WAF1 protein expression was inversely correlated with PCNA index (P<0. 05). Conclusion: It was suggested that there were correlation between penile carcinoma and cell cycle control.
