摘  要:目的:建立放射性肺损伤小鼠动物模型,研究放射性肺损伤病变规律。方法:用不同剂量60Cog射线进行小鼠全胸照射,采用光镜组织病理学检查及图像分析仪形态定量分析肺组织病变。结果:肺脏病变初期呈现急性炎症,以后转为慢性炎症和纤维化。与对照组相比,20或30Gy照射组小鼠肺泡间隔厚度,肺间质面密度增加,肺泡腔面积减小p<0.05 ~p<0.01。结论:用20Gy或30Gy可以建立放射性肺损伤小鼠动物模型,随照射剂量增大,肺部病变加重,肺纤维化出现提早。Aim: To investigate the pathologic changes and mechanisms of the radiation pulmonary injury .Methods: The whole thorax of specific-pathogen-free 129 mice were irradiated with different dose of 60Co g-ray, the pathologic changes of lung were investigated by using optic microscope and image analysis. Results: It was found that the course of mouse lung pathological changes showed an acute inflammation in early stage and transformed into chronic progressive inflammation and fibrosis in late stage. As compared with control group , thickness of intraalveolar septum , pulmonary interstitial area density in 20 or 30Gy radiation groups were increased, alveolar cavity area density in 20 or 30Gy radiation groups were decreased (p<0.05~p<0.01).Conclusions: These results indicate that the radiation pulmonary injury model of mice could be established with 20Gy or 30Gy 60Co g-ray radiation, the more serious the pathologic changes of lung were , the earlier the pulmonary fibrosis appeared with increment of radiation doses.
