益母草对兔主动脉条收缩反应的影响

摘　　要：以离体兔胸主动脉条为标本，观察了益母草提取液对血管平滑肌的作用。结果表明，益母草对血管平滑肌的收缩反应与浓度有关，高浓度时可能主要阻滞PDC，而低浓度时可能主要激动ROC。The effects of extract from Leonurus sibiricus L. (ELS) un Vascular smooth muscle werestudied on the isolated aortic strips of rabbits. The results showed that contractive reactions ofELS on Vascular smooth muscle were related with the concetration of ELS, the high concentra-tion might mainly block potential dependent Channel (PDC) and the low cuncentration mightmainly block receptor operated channel (ROC )
