降纤酶联合维脑路通治疗脑梗死临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察海王降纤酶联合维脑路通治疗脑梗死临床效果。方法 :治疗组 48例应用海王降纤酶首剂 1 0IU ,以后 5IU隔日 1次静脉点滴 ,共用药 3次 ,总计 2 0IU ,并给维脑路通6 0 0mg静脉点滴 ,1次 /d ,连续用药 1 4d ,治疗前后进行神经功能评估。观察血浆纤维蛋白原变化。结果 :治疗组总有效率 79 1 7% ,对照组总有效率 48% ,差异显著。治疗组治疗后血浆纤维蛋白原明显降低 ,与对照组相比差异显著。结论 :海王降纤酶具有降低纤维蛋白原、抗凝、间接溶栓的作用 ,是一种安全、有效治疗脑梗死的药物 。Objective:To observe the curative effect of defibrase-neptun combined with venoruton in treating cerebral infarction.Methods:48 cases were treated with defibraseneptun intravenously in initial dose 10IU and 5IU in the other day (20IU in total).Venoruton was combined with the treatment 600mg q.d.intravenously for twice weeks.The neurology functions pre and after treatment was assessed and fibrinogen was observed.Results:The effective rates were 79.17% in test group and 48% in control group.The fibrinogen decreased after treatment in test group obviously.There were significant differences in both data.Conclusion:Defibrase-neptun could decrease fibrinogen,anticoagulation and indirect thrombolytic action.It might be safe and effective drug for cerebral infarction and be valuable in clinical application.
