摘　　要：针对机动车的快速增长,本文就交通稳静化理念、交通稳静化设施及交通稳静化设计等方面进行了讨论。作者认为,公共交通和稳静化交通是以人为本的城市交通发展趋势。通过单一技术到多元化设计的交通稳静化整合来降低车速、车流及环境等影响,以首先满足城市交通功能和服务性要求,进而追求可居住性、环保性及和谐性的城市交通,最后建立功能化、景观化、人性化的现代交通理念。Considering the fact that motor vehicle is fast increasing, this paper introduces traffic calming involving its idea, devices and measures, design, etc. The author describes the opinion that public transport and traffic calming are the developing trend of humanity-oriented urban traffic. By applying integrated traffic calming design from single technology to multi-technologies, traffic speed, volume and environment impacts are reduced. Furthermore, the following aims could be obtained: First, meeting the demand of the function and services of urban traffic; second, seeking the habitable, green and harmonious urban traffic; Last, constructing the functional, aesthetic and humanism modern traffic idea.
