摘　　要：人的年龄是一个公开显现的客观数据,是人们最关心的劳动者的特征之一。人的劳动一般分为脑力劳动和体力劳动两种,而前者显得越来越重要。本文综述了国内外关于年龄与脑力劳动工作绩效关系的研究工作和主要观点,总结了前人的研究成果,提出了确定脑力劳动者年龄的建议,指出了进一步研究的注意事项。Human' s age is an openly emerging and external data, also one of the most concerned workers' characteristics. Commonly, human' s work is classified into two types, including brainwork and physical force, and that the former looks more and mere important. This thesis summarizes the research work and leading viewpoints on the relationship between age and brainwork performance, summarizes former researchers' research fruits, brings forward suggestions on confirming brainworkers' age, and points out proceedings that are needed attention in further research work.
