摘　　要：报道了气相色谱 质谱分析有机化合物的原理[1,2 ] ,并探讨了四极质谱仪的工作原理及特性[1-5 ] 。The principle of the analysis of the organic compounds by GC/MS is described in this paper.The mechanism of the quadrupde mass spectrometer is discussed,In addition,the application in research is introduced by some examples.
