摘　　要：网络环境下图书馆信息资源由现实馆藏和虚拟馆藏两部分组成。应根据这两类馆藏的特点采用不同的组织管理方式。文章主要论述了网络环境下图书馆现实馆藏信息资源和虚拟馆藏信息资源的特点及其组织管理方法。Library information resources are composed of physical resources and virtual resources under the network environment. We should adopt different methods to organize and manage them according to their unique characteristics. This paper chiefly discusses the characteristics and the management of the physical information resources and the virtual information resources under the network environment.
