摘 要:从长期被腈化物污染的土壤中筛选到一株腈水合酶产生菌YL 1.经过对分离菌株形态特征及生理生化指标的鉴定,该菌株初步鉴定为Rhodococcus.在含有丙烯腈的培养基中,细胞的生长与产物腈水合酶的合成相关.酶学性质研究表明:酶反应最适温度为30℃,最适pH为7 0.该酶在50℃以下,pH为6.0至9.0范围内较稳定.A strain YL-1,which had high degrading capacity for nitrile was isolated from soil polluted by nitrile.After identification with morphology and physiological characteristics of YL-1,we assumed that it might belong to the Rhodococcus. Acrylamide produced was paralleled with nitrile degradation during growth.Reaserch of enzymatic properties showed that the optimal temperature and pH were 30℃ and 70.This nitrile hydratase is stable under temperature 50℃ and between pH 60~90.
